||For historic properties, CHAI Architects
offers preparation of Investment Tax Credit Applications to developers,
owners and other architects of 10 to 20 percent on the cost of
rehabilitating buildings for residential, commercial or industrial
purposes. We prepare National Register of Historic Places Applications
by researching individual buildings, or districts, writing architectural
descriptions and statement of significance and photographing the
buildings and presenting the nomination to the State Board to Review.
CHAI Architects will Research and prepare presentations for Registered
Texas Historic Landmark (RTHL) which are similar to the National
Register of Historic places, but is subject to the Texas Historical
Commission authority and owners are not required to have their
buildings open to the public for tours. CHAI Architects will also
complete Certificates of Appropriateness forms for city and state
historic review boards.
